These terms apply to purchases and use of the ROAD IRON website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Product descriptions and fitment
ROAD IRON offers NOS, used, vintage, and other automotive parts. NOS means old inventory that may have age-related wear or packaging deterioration. Product condition, included components, and compatibility vary. Read each listing carefully and verify part numbers and vehicle fitment before purchasing. Contact us before ordering if uncertain.
Orders and payment
Prices and availability are subject to correction. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfillment if an item is unavailable or a material listing error is discovered; in such cases we will contact you and arrange a refund if payment was taken. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Shipping and pickup
Available shipping methods and charges are presented during checkout where supported. Oversized or freight items may require a separate quote. Local pickup is available only when explicitly offered. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.
Returns and refunds
Because many items are used, vintage, NOS, or one-of-a-kind, return eligibility may differ by listing. Review the item-specific return terms before purchase. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact ROAD IRON promptly with your order information and photographs so the issue can be reviewed. Applicable consumer rights are not limited by these terms.
Safe installation and use
Automotive parts should be inspected and installed by a qualified person when appropriate. Do not install or use a part that appears unsafe or unsuitable for its intended application.
